Description

Helen McNab was one of the early Christian Studies teachers in Sydney in the 1990s. In 1990 she stepped into the full-time role of teaching Christian Studies at Pennant Hills High in Sydney, Australia. Helen brought the fruit of her theological experience to this classroom, but also necessary was the creative way of teaching the Bible which Helen had learnt from Scripture Union. So equipped, she helped to make the Bible come alive for young minds. This story follows the delights and challenges of such a classroom, where Helen taught 25 lessons a week. The book also spills over into Helen's personal life where the reality of her father's stroke is examined. Also there is the story of a failed romance and resultant broken heart. Follow as the Divine Lover turns up and invites Helen to fall in love with Jesus all over again. It is not surprising that as you embrace life, you come face-to-face with death from time to time. This too was Helen's experience during these years, both at school and in her personal life. She shares her reflections in this delightful tale full of love and life. This is her story.
