Sydney's One Special Evangelist: John C. Chapman and the Shaping of Anglican Evangelicalism and Australian Religious Life, 1968-2001 (Australian College of Theology Monograph)
It has a large number of footnotes for theologians which are a bit over my head but the anecdotes and history behind John Chapman is broad and deep so good for a minister or historian. As a layman I found the anecdotes about John Chapman and Geoff Fletcher were the most helpful. It needs an index as otherwise I have to skim chapters to find a relevant quote. The bibliography is extensive for theologians.
